Dear friends,
I am sorry to announce that a new law will be presented before the Greek Parliament for voting, in the next few days. Among others, it includes measures such as:
a) A very surfacial, unprofessional and unethical approach towards the characterisation of an animal as dangerous and thus put to sleep
b) The elimination of small scale breeders, as the owner of more than one female and/or a person that has more than two litters per year is classified as a professional breeder
c) It forbids importing, keeping and breeding docked or cropped dogs, no matter where and when they were born!!!!!!!!!!!! Exactly one year ago, we faced a ban from showing docked and cropped dogs in our coutry, no matter if they came from a country which this is legal, or if the animals were born before the implementation of the law.
